Chaos in the Court! Mcfall V. Mcfall Divorce

Updated: Aug 17

This divorce court was a chaotic event for all those in attendance. Acid was thrown, punches hauled around, tasers deployed and cries were heard throughout the courtroom. But before we get to the hectic story that is the divorce court case, we need to rewind a few weeks back to when the divorce docket was originally filed.

On January 13th, Samantha Mcfall-Sinclair filed for a divorce VIA the public divorce dockets, with Ivan Sinclair-Mcfall contesting the divorce stating: “…I’m contesting this TO DEATH DUE US PART” and continuing by posting a link to the song “Please Don’t Go” by KC & The Sunshine Band.

After Chief Justice Kylian Clarkson issues a warning on the docket to remain professional, followed immediately after was Daniel Mcfall and his emotional comments on the matter of the divorce, describing a few “red flags” he has noticed in his time as Ivan’s Father in law. Daniel tells a short story about the time when he invited Ivan and Marcus Mcfall-Woodly for a few drinks at the luxury establishment Cockatoo’s Nightclub, only for Ivan to suggest they head to the Vanilla Unicorn – a strip club in the southside of Los Santos. Daniel says that he didn’t wish to be in such an establishment, but in his intoxicated state, he had no choice but to follow along. He claims that Ivan was cheating on Sam with all the dancers at the club, and “also took great delight in it.”

Lastly, in Daniel’s first post on the docket, he claims that Ivan sent this art piece to him to describe Ivan’s relationship with Samantha.

Bazil Bertstein quickly follows up with another post, describing Ivan’s work behavior and past, quick aggression. He tells the story of when he was hired to do some interior renovation for Salieri’s and decided to bring Ivan along in order to “tighten [their] brotherly bond.”

Ivan Sinclair-Mcfall responded to these claims on the docket, saying that he “cannot believe all these lies and slander,” going on to tell his experiences with Samantha where she supposedly stayed out late or fell asleep in someone else’s bed. He states that Samantha has barely slept in their apartment in over 8 months and has taken up residence in Waylon Jones’ home.

A man who signs his name as “Da General” also posted on the docket twice giving his experience with Ivan and how he claims that he tried to steal two of his wives, then goes on to post a photograph supposedly of Ivan from behind with several girls dancing around him. The photo is from a nightclub in Vice City, so while we would happily add more photographs here as alleged evidence, we are a news company based in San Andreas and do not report on anything outside of it.

We cannot prove the validity of these claims and stories, however, we will still showcase both sides of the docket and their arguments. Moving on towards the actual courtroom session, there was a massive line just to get into the building, being hailed as a historical moment for the courthouse. Everyone was being searched, bottles of acid were thrown onto the ground, radios, lockpicks, even pistols from rich criminals who don’t care about their personal belongings.

Below, we have uploaded the full video of when the fight broke out right after a default judgement was decided by the Judge, as Samantha never showed up to court despite the court waiting 30 minutes after the scheduling time. After the judgement was made, Daniel Mcfall ran over to Ivan to speak to him, which we were unable to hear. While speaking together, another angry individual came over while Ivan was clapping for his default victory. The individual opened a bottle of water which we later found out was acid and tossed it all over Ivan, and while we cannot share that due to the nature of the video, you can hear his horrid screams of pain as the acid eats away his face. From there, all hell breaks loose and both sides of the court room are pit against each other in a brawl.

Several tasers were deployed at those engaging in violent altercations, uninvolved parties being struck as collateral damage due to the chaos. Dinozzo then took a page out of Owen Hunter’s book and pulled a shotgun on a group of unarmed civilians, just to put it away after realizing what consequences could come of it.

Right after the chaos of that beautiful courtroom, a State Trooper’s vehicle was found blown up in the parking lot right in front of Occupational Avenue courthouse. We are unsure who or when it was blown up, but we can think of several reasons as to why.

One hour after this broadcast, Ivan Sinclair-Mcfall was found shot outside of Pillbox hospital. No witnesses have come through, and some have claimed that he tripped on his own bullet.
