Another day, another divorce, another fight in the court. It seems to end this way a lot, doesn’t it? Well the recent divorce case between Barbie Knight-Schmidt and Hans Knight-Schmidt ended the same way as the other few.
Barbie Knight-Schmidt filed a divorce claim on February 10th, 2024 with the following statement: “My husband Hans Knight-Schmidt died several months in a crash, and this man claiming to be appeared a month or so later and I have told everyone that he isn’t my husband and is a fake however he continues to pretend to be my husband. The State somehow recognizes him as Hans, even if he isn’t, and so I would like to officially file for a divorce so that I don’t have to deal with this imposter ever again, or be linked to him.”
Hans Knight-Schmidt quickly contested the divorce saying that he was, in fact, not dead and never had any type of personality change which now Miss Belmonte claims to have happened.
During the court case, Hans continued to contest their divorce stating that Barbie was high on cocaine was not making a sound decision (Note: No tests were conducted and therefore word of mouth cannot be taken as evidence or used against the person). After a heated discussion back and forth, the Judge brought them in for couple’s counselling at the backroom of court room one.
After the counselling, Hans walked out agreeing to the divorce and no longer contesting it, with both parties consenting to the divorce, it went through and the court adjourned. Soon after, Independent reporter Maxine Finch asked for a comment but Hans was then struck by Barbie, sending the courtroom into a furious brawl. We recorded the situation, so take a look!
